Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Travel from Kampala to Queen Elizabeth National Park
- 6:30 AM: Your driver/guide will pick you up from your hotel.
- Depart for Queen Elizabeth National Park, enjoying a scenic drive of approximately 283 km.
- Stop for lunch at Agip Motel in Mbarara Town before continuing to the park.
- 2:00 PM: Arrive at Queen Elizabeth National Park and check into your safari lodge.
- Enjoy a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, where you’ll see hippos, crocodiles, and numerous bird species.
- Return to your lodge for dinner and relaxation.
Day 2: Morning Game Drive and Return to Kampala
- 5:30 AM: Wake up early for a cup of tea or coffee.
- 6:00 AM: Head out for a thrilling morning game drive, increasing your chances of spotting wildlife such as buffaloes, lions, and various birds.
- After approximately 2-3 hours of exploration, return to the lodge for breakfast and prepare for your journey back.
